Return and Refund Policy

Refund conditions

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.

Conditions under which a return is made:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Refund

Once the item you have returned is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-7 days.

Late or missing returns

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again first.
  • Then contact your credit card company.
  • Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If for any other reason you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@bestdecor4you.com. In the message, indicate the reason for the replacement and write your wishes for the replacement of the product. We will help you.

Return shipping

To return an item, mail it to 700 Baker road, suit. 101, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach us may vary.
